Multi-Crew Co-Operation Course

MCC - Introduction

The Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) course is an essential requirement for airline pilot employment. The course introduces the skills and concepts required to operate effectively in a multi-crew environment. The purpose of this course is to teach you the concepts of multi-crew cooperation and not the actual crew procedures required for a specific aircraft type.  However all the procedures are based on actual airline procedures in use on line operations. To give you the best possible insight into the actual airline operations the course is taught by operational airline pilots many of whom routinely operate BAe 146, Airbus, Boeing and Executive aircraft types.
